Mediation Canceled, Luhut Binsar: Better to Meet in Court

Previously, Fatia's attorney, Nelson Nicodemus Simamora, revealed that his client had received an invitation for mediation.

However, Nelson stated that Fatia was out of town, so she couldn't fulfill the invitation.

"Looks like it will be postponed because this time Fatia will be unable to attend," said Nelson.

Fatia also sent a verbal notification to investigators regarding her absence from the mediation meeting and submitted a request to reschedule it.
