Entrance to Bali Strictly Guarded Ahead of Year-End Holidays
jpnn.com, BALI - The Gilimanuk Harbor, Jembrana, is getting more and more packed during the 2021 Christmas and New Year holiday season.
Public and private vehicles flock to Bali to enjoy the year-end holidays.
With the Covid-19 pandemic still threatening the public health, the Covid-19 task force has carried out the Aman Nusa Operations to guard access to Bali.
First Inspector Wayan Budiasa and other members of the operations immediately occupied the guard post after their morning ceremony.
They strictly monitored security and order around the Gilimanuk port.
"The Aman Nusa task force monitors health protocol compliance and inspects rapid test certificates and vaccinations as conditions for tourists entering Bali," said Wayan.
Those who were found violating health procedures immediately got a warning.
"The task force is trying to make sure that those who enter Bali meet administrative requirements and are free from Covid-19," Wayan added. (lia/mcr20/jpnn)
