Hermanto was a resident of Sumber Agung village, North Lubuklinggau I district, Lubuklinggau.
According to the family, Hermanto was arrested by the North Lubuklinggau Police on Monday (14/2) while driving a truck near his house. (cuy/mcr20/jpnn)
