212 Grand Reunion Plan Condemned
jpnn.com, JAKARTA - NasDem politician Irma Suryani Chaniago has responded to the discourse of the 212 Alumni Brotherhood (PA) reunion, which is said to be held in early December 2021.
Irma criticized the plan since it would gather a lot of people in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Can they hold back their political passions in this pandemic era? At least for the benefit of the people so that this pandemic will pass soon," Irma told JPNN.com, Friday (12/11).
Irma argued that people were tired of the political drama presented by the 212 PA.
She said that the Indonesian people should unite with the government to deal with Covid-19 instead.
The Deputy Secretary General of the 212 PA, Novel Bamukmin, said that they planned to hold a grand reunion on December 2, 2021.
