Jokowi Addresses Reshuffle Rumors
jpnn.com, JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo has addressed the recent Cabinet reshuffle rumors.
He said that he had no plans to reshuffle any ranks in the Indonesian Onward Cabinet.
"I've not thought of any reshuffle," Jokowi told the media in Jakarta, Thursday (11/11).
The former Jakarta governor said that in the near future, he would inaugurate General Andika Perkasa as the new Commander of the Indonesian Military (TNI), but the schedule had not been set.
"We're just looking for a good day. Next week, Insya Allah [God willing]," said Jokowi.
The House of Representatives (DPR) has approved the appointment of Andika as the new TNI Commander replacing Air Chief Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto.
