In addition to causing casualties, the flash flood and landslides also caused a number of houses to be heavily damaged. Two of them were swept away by the flood.
Mataram Search and Rescue Agency spokesman I Gusti Lanang Wiswanda said he had dispatched his members to provide assistance to flood-affected residents throughout the NTB area, including in Batulayar district, West Lombok regency.
