"The perpetrator is a recidivist of the same case from 2008," Roycke said.

For each fake document, Umar earned Rp 1 million (US$71) to Rp 2.5 million.

Umar was charged with Article 263 and Article 266 of the Criminal Code concerning forging documents. If found guilty, he can face a penalty of six years in prison. (mcr12/mcr20/jpnn)
