jpnn.com, KOREA SELATAN - Two members of South Korean boy group BTS, namely Jin and RM, have tested positive for Covid-19.
Jin and RM are not the first BTS members to be confirmed positive for Covid-19. Previously, Suga also contracted the coronavirus.
The unpleasant news was revelead by the agency that houses BTS, BIGHIT Music.
As reported by Koreaboo, BIGHIT Music via Weverse shared the news that Jin and RM tested positive on Saturday (25/12) night.
RM returned to Korea on December 17 after having his personal schedule in the United States.
"RM immediately underwent PCR testing, was found negative, and entered into self-quarantine in his home as mandated by Covid-19 control procedures," wrote BIGHIT Music in a statement.
However, before it was finally declared that he had completed the self-quarantine, RM again carried out a PCR test. That was when the BTS leader tested positive for Covid-19.
"He is currently exhibiting no particular symptoms," said BIGHIT Music.
After Suga, two other members of South Korean boy group BTS, namely Jin and RM, have tested positive for Covid-19.
