Pedophile Businessman Allegedly Preys on 30 Young Girls
jpnn.com, JAMBI - A 52-year-old pedophile businessman from Jakarta, identified with the initials S or KK, has allegedly preyed on dozens of underage girls.
Initially, the police said he had allegedly abused 13 girls, but the number has recently gone up to 30 upon further investigation.
"There is a possibility that the number will continue to increase in the near future," said Jambi Police deputy chief Senior Adjutant Commissioner Ruli Andi, Wednesday (29/12).
He said the investigation team was still developing the case and hunting for other perpetrators, namely the intermediaries or pimps.
The victims were all young girls, ranging from 13 to 15 years old.
"The perpetrator lured the victims with the promise of luxury goods and money for shopping," said Ruli.

Meanwhile, Jambi Police criminal investigation unit head Commissioner Afrito Marbaro said that three pimps had been named suspects and detained by the Jambi Police, but there could be more. The three suspects were R (36), PIS (19), and ARS (15), all of whom were Jambi residents.
