Ranked against the attributes above, Gojek is the only platform that managed to achieve a higher level of user satisfaction than other players as well as the industry average in both online transportation and logistics.

This research was done between August-September 2022 through a survey of online transportation users and online sellers as users of online logistics.

For online transportation users, there were 2,310 respondents who were surveyed in 5 major cities in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta), Bandung, Palembang, Bali, Yogyakarta and Palembang.

While for the logistics online part of the survey, the respondents consisted of 1,155 sellers who primarily use social media for their business in Jabodetabek, Bandung and Surabaya. (adv)
