Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation, Adita Irawati, said the government had allowed airlines to carry more than 70 percent of passengers in the previous regulation.
"Meanwhile, the airport terminal capacity is set at a maximum of 70 percent of the number of passengers during rush hours," she said. (tan/mcr20/jpnn)
