Legendary Singer Ari Lasso Is Battling Cancer

jpnn.com, JAKARTA - Indonesian legendary singer Ari Lasso is battling cancer.

A number of musicians and public figures gave encouragement to Ari through Instagram.

"Keep the spirit high, Mas Ari," wrote comedian Raditya Dika, Tuesday (16/11).

"Rock on Mas," said musician Iwa K.

"God bless you," commented Giring, another musician and politician.

"Speed recovery," wrote presenter Gading Marten.

Ari is struggling to recover from lymphoma cancer. He has undergone several treatments and chemotherapy in the hospital.

"Dare to post. It's been the third (chemotherapy), half way through, of course with God's blessings and prayers and support from all of you," said Ari.
