1. Accident

She hit seven people while drunk driving.

She was only wearing underwear when the accident occurred in the Tamansari area, West Jakarta, in October 2012.
After the incident, she was sentenced to six months in prison and one year probation.

2. Drug overdose
Novi's continued to use drugs after the accident in 2012.
In 2014, she was reportedly rushed to the hospital due to a drug overdose.
3. Screaming on the street
In 2016, Novi Amelia was arrested by the police for screaming on the screet in the Tebet area, South Jakarta.
She reportedly suffered from acute stress.
Novi was handed over to a social institution in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
4. Attempted suicide
Novi had attempted suicide at least twice.
The first attempt was made when she was riding a motorcycle taxi because she was hallucinating.
Second, she accidentally crashed the car she was driving.
