For the women's doubles, Greysia Polii and Apriyani Rahayu advanced to the quarter-finals after defeating Maiken Fruergaard and Sara Thygesen from Denmark in straight games, 21-13 and 21-16.
Mixed doubles puts Praveen Jordan and Melati Daeva Oktaviant above Malaysians Goh Soon Huat and Lai Shevon Jemie with 21-14 and 21-12.
