First Pvt. Seran, a village supervisory non-commissioned officer (Babinsa), found missing child Gress Mandacan and handed her to her family in Manokwari, West Papua / Credit: ANTARA, HANS ARNOLD KAPISA
Manokwari military commander Major Mendrofa said Seran's action reflected Babinsa's call of duty to help the community.
