Lawyer Titis Rachmawati Almost Killed by Palm Fruit Thieves
jpnn.com, SUMATERA SELATAN - A well-known lawyer in South Sumatra, named Titis Rachmawati, was almost killed by alleged palm fruit thieves in her company.
According to Titis's statement, the incident happened on Tuesday (23/11), at around 04.30 p.m.
The President Director of PT MB Rawa Bening and her 4 assistants visited her palm oil plantation in Hamlet VI Tritunggal, Bentayan Village, Tungkal Ilir District, Banyuasin.
"However, when we returned home and crossed Jalan Tri Tunggal Dusun I, Mekarjadi Village, Sungai Lilin Muba, our car was hit by the perpetrators with the initials Ar and Di, who were driving a Toyota LC car," she said.
Titis revealed that before being hit, they were chased by two cars.
As a result of this incident, Titis and four of his colleagues, including driver Mariyo, Andre Yunialdi, and Bayu Prasetya, were treated at the hospital.
"My car Fortuner Nopol BG 1757 ZX was badly damaged. I have reported this case to the Sungai Lilin Police," said Titis.
