Teenage Student Couple Dumps Their Newborn Baby
jpnn.com, SUMATERA SELATAN - The Musi Rawas Police in South Sumatra have arrested two underage couples, who deliberately dumped their newborn baby girl.
The two perpetrators, who are still students, are identified with the initials SRN (14), the mother of the baby, and her partner YA (16).
Musi Rawas Police criminal investigation unit head Adjutant Commissioner Dedi Rahmad Hidayat said that SRN gave birth to her baby near a well behind the house.
SRN then hid the girl under a longan tree behind the house.
"YA admitted that he had a sexual relationship with SRN, his girlfriend," said Dedi.
"He also knew that SRN was pregnant," he added.
