The incident occurred on Monday (11/10) afternoon and was caught on CCTV, before going viral on social media.
In the video, the victim was seen walking alone in an alley.
The perpetrator rode his motorbike close enough to the victim to harass her. The victim was seen trying to chase the perpetrator, but the latter immediately fled. (cr1/mcr20/jpnn)
