Children Watch Mother Killed by Father With Gas Cylinder
jpnn.com, BEKASI - The Bekasi Police in West Java have arrested a man with the initials HP (30), who killed his wife, NS (25), in his house on Jalan Randu, Jatisampurna, Bekasi.
Bekasi Police chief Senior Commissioner Aloysius Suprijadi said the incident took place at the perpetrator's house on Wednesday (27/10) early morning.
The victim and her children were sleeping at that time, but the perpetrator suddenly hit his wife's head with a 3-kilogram gas cylinder.
The victim died at the scene, covered in blood.
"The incident was witnessed by their children," said Aloysius at the Bekasi Police Headquarters, Friday (29/10).
The victim's children cried hysterically and woke up neighbors, who later checked the victim's house.
The perpetrator then fled.
The police conducted an investigation and examined a number of witnesses.
The perpetrator suddenly hit his wife's head with a 3-kilogram gas cylinder in front of their children.
