US Richest List: Bad News for Donald Trump

english.jpnn.com, AMERIKA - The name of former United States president Donald Trump bounced off the Forbes list of 400 richest people in America for the first time in 25 years, according to Forbes magazine.

Trump's net worth is about US$2.5 billion, making him minus US$400 million to make it onto the list this year.

"The real estate tycoon is just as wealthy as he was a year ago, when he stood at No. 339 on the ranking, but he is down US$600 million since the start of the pandemic," stated the magazine.

During the coronavirus pandemic, technology stocks, cryptocurrencies and other assets are booming. However, properties in major cities affected by the pandemic sent Trump bouncing off the exclusive club.

According to Forbes, real estate is a large part of Trump's fortune.
