Moeldoko Attends 2021 Papua Tech Festival
jpnn.com, SENTANI - Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko attended the 2021 Papua Tech Festival, which was a breakthrough of the Ministry of Communication and Information in collaboration with the Inspirational Young Papua (PMI) movement.
This event, which was held in Sentani, Jayapura, on Thursday (28/10), aimed at training a number of young Papuans about digital startups.
The festival was held online and offline.
"I welcome the Papua digital talent event because it can be an input for the national talent ecosystem," said Moeldoko in his remarks, as published on Friday (29/10).
A special staff member of the President, Billy Mambrasar, concurred.
He said that President Joko Widodo welcomed the digital start-up training, which was the first in Papua.
"A thousand digital startups and Inspirational Young Papuans are ready to create in the digital field," he said.
The Ministry of Communication and Information has been actively traveling to various regions in Indonesia to provide training as well as talent cultivation and capital through the 1,000 Digital Startups Movement, Beta, and several other activities.
