Bamsoet said that with the support of the Indonesian parliament, the President had launched the Indonesian Green Taxonomy 1.0.
"Based on a Bank Indonesia study with calculations using the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR), Indonesia will be much benefited if the green economy transition and a sustainable financial system can be implemented immediately," he said.
"Among other things, the increase in gross domestic product (GDP) is projected to reach 0.62 percent per year," added Bamsoet. (mark/mcr20/jpnn)
