jpnn.com, JAKARTA - A recent survey by the Center for Indonesia Strategic Actions (CISA) showed the electability of the Democratic Party was in second place with 18.83 percent of votes.

The party followed the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) closely.

"The PDI-P has successfully outperformed other political parties with 24.92 percent," said CISA Executive Director Herry Menndrofa in a written statement, Jakarta, Friday (10/12).

According to Herry, if the legislative elections were to be held now, the public would vote for the PDI-P.

Following the Democratic Party was the Golkar Party with 13.09 percent.

The Gerindra Party was in fourth position with 10.5 percent, followed by the National Awakening Party (PKB) with 10.25 percent.

The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) had 6.5 percent, and the NasDem Party 5.75 percent.

"The National Mandate Party (PAN) received 3.66 percent, while the United Development Party (PPP) only got 2.92 percent. Then, 3.58 percent chose other political parties," said Herry.

The electability of the Democratic Party was in second place with 18.83 percent of votes, closely following the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P).
