Another attorney, Putra Kurniadi, said that his client had allegedly been in confinement for a year.
"Our client was not allowed to leave the house," said Putra.
According to Putra, his client felt that her freedom had been blocked by Nirina's family.
"She was guarded by 24-hour security. So, she was not allowed to go out, and the fence was locked," said Putra.
Nirina has denied the allegation.
"We are accused of confinement, but we have photo and video evidence that there was no such thing," said Nirina at Jakarta Police, South Jakarta, Wednesday (17/11). (mcr7/mcr20/jpnn)
