jpnn.com, JAKARTA - Soap opera actor Bobby Joseph turned out to be not only a drug user but also a courier for synthetic tobacco, police said.
This was revealed by South Tangerang Police narcotics unit head Second Inspector Arya Raditya.

According to him, Bobby was caught being a drug courier after the police checked his digital footprint on social media.
"He had an account to sell by himself," said Arya in his office, Monday (13/12).

The police said that Bobby had been a courier for drug transactions for about a month.
When arresting Bobby, the police did not find any evidence of synthetic tobacco.

"We didn't have the goods. But from conversations on his electronic device, we could see that he was an intermediary in the distribution," Arya said.
Bobby was arrested by the police in Kalideres, West Jakarta, Friday (10/12) early morning.
From the arrest, the police found evidence in the form of crystal meth weighing 0.49 grams.
Bobby was charged under Law Number 35/2009 concerning narcotics, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. (mcr7/mcr20/jpnn)
