The hiphop, R&B, and soul music festival, which will be held by promoter Visicita Network, is a virtual event presenting a 360 panoramic journey visual interface.

"FLAVS will always provide a different atmosphere by prioritizing the best audio-visual quality," said Ongky, the technical director of the 2021 FLAVS Festival.
The Festival presents more than 50 musicians to perform for 2 days.

Among them are Audrey Tapiheru, Bilal Muhammad, Ecoutez!, Qorygore, Rizky Febian, Vidi Aldiano, DPMB, Gantazz, Iwa K, Mario Zwinkle, Sade Susanto ft. Al Smith, Wizzy ft. Matter Mos, Xaqhala, and Yacko.
There are also Ramengvrl, Jogja Hip Hop Foundation, RAN, A. Nayaka, Ben Utomo, Rayi Putra ft. DJ Ride from DefJam Indonesia, Pandji Pragiwaksono, Zero One, and St Loco, which is a legendary hip hop rock band.

In addition to music performances, the event was also enlivened by hip-hop sub-culture competitions such as DJ Battle, Graffiti, B-boy/B-girl Battle, Open Style Battle, and Freestyle Rap Session.
