In addition, the defendant's actions were deemed very disturbing to the community.

In the indictment read by the public prosecutor, this murder case began on Saturday, February 13, 2021, when the two victims came to the Belawan Harbor Police, to inquire about the victims' belongings to the defendant, who was on guard duty.

"The defendant told the victim Riska: 'If I want to find them, give me your cellphone number, I'll let you know later'. The victim then gave her cellphone number," said public prosecutor Julita in a virtual trial.

Then, the defendant who was interested in Riska asked the victim to meet up in order to discuss the issue. The victim refused, but the defendant insisted.

A week later, the defendant made up a story as if the items mentioned by the victim were already with the defendant.

After all persuasion, Riska and the other victim Aprilia Cinta were willing to be invited into the defendant's car.

After exiting the Cemara Asri toll gate, the defendant drove the car towards Jalan Cemara Asri and turned around to Jalan Haji Anif, precisely on the left side of the Bintang Sejati Tehnik shop, not far from the Miyana hotel in Percut Sei Tuan district, Deli Serdang regency.

In the car, the victim was abused by the defendant. The victim fought back, but in the end the defendant hit the victim's neck and strangled her neck.

As for the victim Cinta, the defendant shouted at her and asked the 13-year-old girl to be quiet.

Next, the defendant took the two victims to a hotel on Jalan Jamin Ginting. There, he took them captive.

"The defendant initially wanted to rape the victim Riska, but because the victim was menstruating, the defendant vented his depraved desire to the victim Cinta, who was only 13 years old," said the public prosecutor.

The defendant then threatened the victim not to tell anyone about this incident.

The defendant then took the two women to his house on Jalan Marelan.

"The defendant also threatened his wife with a knife when he was about to bring the two women, who were tied up, into the house. He said they were both caught for using drugs," the public prosecutor continued.

The two women, who had been tied up and taped, were then held in the back room.

After the incident, the defendant returned to the Belawan Harbor Police to continue his duty.

The next day, Sunday (21/2) morning, the defendant finished his duty and returned home.

When he checked the room where the two women were being held, the defendant found the women unconscious.

"At around 8.45 a.m., because the two victims were too weak, the defendant thought of covering up his actions by killing the two victims," said the public prosecutor.

The defendant then killed the two women by suffocating them with a pillow.

After learning that both of them were dead, the defendant carried the bodies into the car.

Subsequently, the defendant disposed of the bodies of the two women.

Riska's body was dumped on Jalan Pasiran, Simpang Tiga Pekan village, Perbaungan district, precisely on the side of a public road near a Mahogany tree.

Meanwhile, Cinta's body was dumped on Jalan Budi Kemasyarakatan, Pulo Brayan village, West Medan district. (mcr22/mcr20/jpnn)
