Rumors related to the cabinet reshuffle have strengthened since the meeting of coalition party officials with the President at the Palace on August 25, 2021.

The meeting was attended by the chairperson and the secretary general of the National Mandate Party (PAN), which was referred to as a new ally of Jokowi.

The presence of PAN raises the suspicion that the party executives will soon be invited to join the Jokowi-Ma'ruf cabinet. (antara/mcr20/jpnn)
