Setiaji said that public complaints that were previously accommodated via an email and a call center often led to unanswered complaints or long delayed response.

On the same occasion, Health Ministry secretary general Kunta Wibawa revealed that the number of public complaints via email could reach 134,000 every week. Then, there are 80,000 complaints through the call center every week.

Previously, public complaints could only be submitted to the email certificate@pedulilindungi.id and call center 119 ext 9. (mcr9/mcr20/jpnn)
