jpnn.com, TASIKMALAYA - The alleged sexual abuser of three underage female pesantren (Islamic boarding school) students in Tasikmalaya regency, West Java, has allegedly committed this depraved act since five years ago.
AS (48), who was a teacher at the pesantren, lured his students over medical reasons.

"The suspect offered to treat his students who were sick, but he sexually abused them," said Tasikmalaya Police chief Senior Adjutant Commissioner Rimsyahtono, Friday (17/12).
Rimsyahtono said that evidence items included a cell phone, written conversations between the victims and the suspect, and clothes worn by the suspect.

The Tasikmalaya Child Protection Commission (KPAID) initially reported nine victims. However, upon police investigation, only three cases had strong evidence and could be legally processed.
Even so, Rimsyahtono did not deny that as further investigations were carried out, the number of victims could increase.

"We are still exploring the possibility of other victims. We are still accommodating any information," he said.
