Listyo Performs Massive Mutations, Replaces Local Police Chiefs

jpnn.com, JAKARTA - National Police chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo made massive mutations by issuing a telegram on Friday (17/12).

The telegram contained a number of local police chiefs who were being replaced. Some were being transferred to another police station, while some were pulled to the National Police Headquarters.

The officers who were replaced included Bengkulu Police chief Inspector General Guntur Setyanto, who were transferred to the National Police criminal investigation agency in preparation for retirement. The new Bengkulu Police chief is Inspector General Agung Wicaksono, who was Guntur's deputy.

Then, there was Maluku Police chief Inspector General Refdi Andri, who was transferred to the National Police to be part of the expert staff. Listyo then appointed Inspector General Lotharia Latif, who was the East Nusa Tenggara Police chief, to be Refdi's successor.

The new East Nusa Tenggara Police chief is Brigadier General Setyo Budiyanto, who was an officer at the National Police criminal investigation agency that was assigned to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Meanwhile, West Kalimantan Police chief Inspector General Remigius Sigid Trihardjanto swapped positions with National Police legal division head Inspector General Suryanbodo Asmoro.

Next, West Nusa Tenggara Police chief Inspector General Mohammad Iqbal was appointed the Riau Police chief, replacing Inspector General Agung Setya. The latter was appointed assistant chief of the National Police.

The new West Nusa Tenggara Police chief is Brigadier General Djoko Poerwanto, who was the criminal investigation unit director of the West Nusa Tenggara Police.

Furthermore, the assistant chief of the National Police, Inspector General Imam Sugianto, was appointed the East Kalimantan Police chief. Imam replaces Inspector General Herry Rudolf Nahak, who was transferred to the National Police education and training center. (cuy/mcr20/jpnn)
