According to her, OFI is a multi-finance company that has no connection to OVO.

"OVO Finance has never been part of the electronic money company OVO, which has received official permission from Bank Indonesia," Harumi said in a statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (10/11).
However, from the beginning of its establishment, OFI has attached the name 'OVO'.

"So, the revocation of the OFI permit by the OJK has nothing to do with all business lines in the OVO electronic money group," she said.
She emphasized that all operations and electronic money services of OVO and companies under the OVO Group would continue as usual.

Previously, OJK revoked the business license of OFI, prohibiting the company from conducting business activities as a financing company.
According to OJK, OFI is required to complete rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
